PROJECT 1 - RESIDENTIAL METAL RE-ROOFING PROJECT

This property was acquired by it's current owner with some severely dried out shingles near then end of their life cycle. The front side of this property gets most of the wind and rain, so shingles on the back where in pretty good health after about 20 years, but the front was in desperate need of replacement.  Since the roof deck was in very good condition, we decided to install the screw down metal roofing panel on top of lath strips and screw down the exposed fastener metal roof directly on-top of the old shingles, reducing the demo cost.
